It's back-to-school time for us and as a mom, I'm (ironically) the one with homework first! (The packets of forms the school sends home makes me worried for the trees.)

We have so much going on (*ahem* mental load) with endless to-dos, obligations, demands, plans, and ideas, especially as caregivers and especially in a new season. All of that swirling around in our heads is the mental clutter that causes us to feel overwhelmed and struggle to take action.
